The Park will serve as a place of leisure and relaxation for the residents of the boulevard as well as for the residents of the city. The boulevard park, a 600 meter long, 50 meter wide linear open space. A large urban gesture at a city scale but made off of small scale parts which bridge the urban high-rise scale to the scale of the individual. The project was designed in collaboration with Parisian architects - Viguer Associates.

In addition to a unique overhead colonnade of parametric geometry and reflective alucobond mirror, the project contains an interactive jet pool with adjacent park restaurant, sloped grassy areas metaphorically symbolise the sand dunes the city was built upon, lawns, trees, and monumental size benches as well as unique outdoor lighting by designer Amir Brener. The entire park is fully accessible and able to accommodate large crowds of local & regional users.
