Daniv High Tech Park and Gilat Satellite Center

KSM offices are located in this high tech park completed in 1998, KSM designed the exterior landscape above structure, cording planting wells and drainage in order to provide large street trees and rich semi-tropical plantings. Essentially a roof garden, Park Daniv make use of KSM's extensive knowledge of on structure landscape, special light weight planting medium, computers irrigation and liquid fertilization are standard practice.

A light and air well penetrates three kevels of underground parking with two large Australian Palms growing up to the sky. Richly colored pavements of pigmented concrete aggregate and seat benches all along the planters provide a warm and inviting atmosphere for workers breaks. Large leafed tropical plants, Philodendron, Dracena, Feijoa, Metrosidferos, Podocarpus, Brachichton, Sapium, Bougainvillea, Trachelsospermum as well as many other species create a warm semi-tropical atmosphere.

The entire complex makes use of easily maintained landscape which retains a sharp, yet warm appearance suitable to a high tech industrial park.
